WebIf you're planning on getting a ton of texture mods then the 4gb patch is mandatory, because with large texture packs, Fallout 3 will crash with an "out of memory" error. It's very easy to use. Just point it to the FOSE.exe (4gb patch is no longer necessary since the Anniversary Patcher includes it) WebRunning FO3 at 144hz triples the overall speed of the game. Faster animations, slower speech, etc... 120hz is the same thing. 60hz makes it better but not enough. From now one, all I do is run FO3 at 60hz. It's just a tiny bit faster than it's supposed to be.
