WebMar 19, 2014 · The foot vents remain open blowing in the cold outside air (not dependent on blower setting 1-4, just free flowing) and it doesn't matter what direction the heat is on, the feet just keep flowing in the outside air. Definitely not supposed to be doing that. I'm going to take a look tomorrow and wanted some opinions what to look for.
