Zero all rotations, offsets. One all scaling. Confirm that footprint and 3D model are aligned in the 3d view. Export IDFv3 file format (File -> Export -> IDFv3…) On Freecad WebIMHO the best option you have is to use freeCAD and download its KiCAD bench. You'll then be able to import .pcbnew files and have freeCAD populate them with components (as long as you associated the 3D footprints) and also traces and vias (when selected with the button in freeCAD). The CAD export from KiCAD in my experience misses traces.
