I believe South Africa had a version of thew FAL actually called the R1A1, which was inch pattern (they could be considered British Commonwealth way back then). I understand for a DSA SA58 you can utilize both 7.62x51 and .308 rounds however, if I only have metric magazines will they have any issues working/feeding .308 rounds or will I need to get different magazines?
